D20 Nasty Truths About Dungeon Room

This table can assist DM in populating the dungeon they are creating or using with some obstacles and danger. DMs should feel free to interpret the results of a roll on that table as they wish and as they fit into the game they are running. it's also up to the discretion of the DM if their players can save themselves from the negative consequences of exploring that room. For example, if you use the trapped room prompt, you may allow your players to search for them, disarm them, and maybe even steal and use them somewhere else.

D20 Evil Entities on a Hunt

This table gives you more options for developing one of the prompts from the D20 Major Curses table, but it can totally be used on its own. You could use it as a campaign starter, idea for BBEG, or some funky side quest.
